Reservation & Payment Policy

  • A valid credit card and billing information are required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the chosen rate.
  • Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
  • Prices may vary based on dates, occupancy, and availability.

Check‑In & Check‑Out

Check‑In: 3:00 PM
Check‑Out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within the free-cancellation window (cancel by noon the day prior to arrival) will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable or subject to a fee.
  • No‑shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Damage, Loss & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
  • Missing items, excessive cleaning, or property damage may result in additional charges.
  • Cottage House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

Safety & Security

  • For everyone’s safety, please follow all posted guidelines on the property.
  • Tampering with smoke detectors, security cameras, or safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • Emergency contact information is provided in your room.

Accessibility

We strive to accommodate guests with accessibility needs. If you require specific accommodations, please notify us prior to arrival so we can assist whenever possible.

Use of Facilities

  • Guests may use common spaces and amenities respectfully and at their own risk.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Some amenities may have seasonal availability or scheduled maintenance closures.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the information necessary to process your reservation and enhance your stay.
  • Guest information is never sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or payment processors.

Policy Violations

Failure to comply with these policies may result in:

  • Additional cleaning or damage fees
  • Cancellation of your stay without refund
  • Declining future bookings
